Clare Montgomery is an Archaeologist, she used to go to digs with her husband, Martin. When he dies, she stays away from the place where he was killed. She is drawn back to find some answers. Teaming up with Cord, a man who has always secretly loved her, and a few others the group heads to Peru to discover the secrets of The temple of the moon, El Brujo and Lady of Cao. They will need their wits, their bravery and a lot of luck as mysteries pile up. This is a great story with adventure, mystery, fun and a bit of romance. I loved the characters and the atmosphere Viv Drewa has created and shared with readers.
